2002 Pontiac Montana brake light keeps going out

I have replaced the rear passenger side brake light bulb many times and keeps blowing out,I have used the ointment to keep it secure but still keeps blowing,can you help?

Is the filament actually burning out or does each bulb just stop working? Do you see any signs of corrosion on the terminals in the socket?
