doesnt want to start first thing in the morning...takes a few tries. replaced the starter. still same problem

just replaced starter two weeks ago and had old one tested and it was bad. but car is still not wanting to start first thing in the morning. it does nothing when i first turn key (like battery is dead) but when i do it one or two more times it starts right up. had battery tested and it is fine
