when i start up my car it has to be revved up to a certain rpm to get it warmed up to get it out of its spell that its in......every time i start the car the cruise light comes off and on continuously it idles up and down runs rich until it warms up then i can rev it up to 3 1/2 rpms hold it for 30 sec and the light will go out and it will run totally fine after that, I've replaced the radiator the thermostat and it still acts up, i have to rev it up to get it out of its spell that its in, any ideas?
