what do you think is the problem and is it expensive to fix?

2002 opel astra:water and anti freeze emptied from bottle,seems to be leaving from bottom of engine,the engine is running fine and the radiator is fine,the car had been parked up for a month and had been running fine untill i started it and noticed the water on the road when i came back,
