I HAVE REMOVED THE NUT FROM ARM IT WILL NOT COME OFF. IS THERE A CLIP OR
SOME KIND OF LATCH TO MAKE IT COME OFF? DO I HAVE TO WIGGLE THE ARM WITH SOME FORCE
TO REMOVE IT? IT IS VERY HARD TO REMOVE! I WANT TO CLEAN THE DIRT AND LEAVES FROM
UNDER THE PLASTIC GUARD UNDER THE ARMS.

If there is a retainer, it will be a simple clip that pivots under the wiper arm and around the gear that the arm is attached to. However, since yours is bolted on, I don't believe that is there. Most likely, the arm is stuck due to corrosion. It may may require a puller to remove it.
