2002 Oldsmobile Alero brakes

My daughter recently bought a 2002 Alero with 73,000 miles on it. 3 weeks later abs, low trac, and service light popped on but then off. shortly after the brakes just locked and stayed that way after driving a while. Car cools and it seems fine for about 15 minutes and then is locked up again. I replace one bad caliper that wea leaking on the right front but same problem. ahh help please?

Is there a possibility someone could have put a little of the wrong fluid in the brake master?

The first step would be to have the ABS codes read and see if that explains anything.

I ran a test. I stepped on the break and then tried to turn the wheel it had much drag then I tried to open the calipers with a screw driver and could not. I cracked the bleeder the wheel spun free and the caliper opened easily. I took off the rubber brake line now I could blow air thru it somewhat but under pressure could one of the inner liners collapse stopping the return of the fluid and not release the caliper?

That depends................. Have you already determined that it's only one wheel sticking?
Your question just said brakes dragging. If you have isolated it to one wheel, then yes, the flex hose is very likely the cause. If it's more than one wheel you have to look elsewhere.

I had to go on the info my daughter gave me but I now know the car would pull right after breaking. I pulled both wheels and only 1 seemed to have resistance and it is the same one that had the bad caliper that had blow by at the piston where it hits the pad. which I replaced thinking that was it. I know there is vacuum on the line so I guess when powered it is collapsing. That's my theory at least. I will put a new line on tomorrow and if that does it be sure I will do the other side as well.
