what causes a no spark to all ignition coils

the suv was running fine till it over heated,the top head gasket was replaced then engine cranks but no spark,no signal coming from ecu. i scan the ecu gave me crankshaft sensor, i replaced sensor code is gone, know I'm getting

top head gasket??? is this a 4 cylinder or v-6

just one?? you should have done both but thats ok.

are all powers and grounds hooked up?? is there 12 volts to the coils???

yes all grounds are hooked up, when ignition is on i get 12 volts to coil number one only the other 5 coils no power,when cranking the engine coil number 1 doesn't even spark.

I also reset the ecu the same codes come back,and i checked all the fuses.

the 12 volts comes from the fuse box for the feed to the coils. it sounds like a harness issue here with all the body codes.

did it ever run??

It was working fine before replacing the head gasket ,maybe in the process something got damaged in the wiring harness,I'm going to test the harness .

yes, 12 to all. inspect the harness, maybe you got it trapped in something somewhere
