You have a few problems here and
1. If manual transmission, have the clutch system checked. It could be the reason it is not getting tu p to speed.
2. You need to check where the oil leak is coming from. Any oil getting to the exhaust would result in burning smells.
3. Losing coolant means there is a leak somewhere and a pressure test and visual inspection is required to locate the source.
