i have 02 altima with no heat problem

i have cooling system flushed and bleed worked for couple days then problem came back. bleed system again worked for couple days problem came back again. seems like air keep getting in to coolling system there is no overheating in the engine . termostat is new. there is no smoke coming out of exhaust so i dont think head gasket is blowing THANK YOU
