when sitting with car running oil light blinks constantly,but when give a little gas it stops blinking,only when sitting still some times.I also notice when rpms go down a little it dose it.

First check the oil level to be sure it's full. Next, have the oil pressure tested with a mechanical gauge to see what you really have. If it is normal, replace the sending unit for the warning light.
