i have replaced just about everything car dies while driving down the road but starts right back up just wondering when hitting a bump the engine ground wire is loose i just don't know where it is

Need to do wiggle test have the car running and pull and tug on any wires you see to see if it makes a difference or dies. Electoral problem like this are hard to find so good luck
