Electronic assisted shocks/struts

I have a friend of mine and the complaint was when the rear struts are leveling the sound it makes stays on too lng, and the shocks/struts are failing causing the car to dip at the bk after going over a bump wanted to get a step by step on shock /strut removal, assumming she's going to buy the fully assembled meaning without using a coil spring compressor

i would consider replacing the rear air bags. they are cheap and somewhat easy to change. the conversion is expensive and not something you should try at home.

you need a lift to let the rear suspend.
remove the air line connector from the air bag.

pry up on the bag to unseat it from the differential. remove the bag.

make sure you turn off the air suspension before starting.

How do I disengage the air suspension disconnecting the negative battery cable

switch in the trunk on the left side panel.
