2002 Lexus RX 300 Radio antenna

The antenna has quit going up and down yet I can hear the motor working when you turn radio on and off. How do I get access to the antenna on the passenger side rear fender to remove the antenna assembly?

Hello we are Radioactive Car Audio call @ 727-530-5221. I do alot of work for our local LEXUS dealer. You can just replace the mast if the motor still runs each way do not delay as the motor will go bad eventually. The proper way is to disassemble rear passenger panel to check for broken pieces of mast drive and install properly,
I can get you the part if need be for awhile we were changing so many we kept those in stock not in this economy though.
