Not really sir. I drive a 2006 lexus GS300. It doesn't shift past gear 3. D scan result gives d error code p0761 - shifting solenoid 'c' or stuck off. My tranny mech replaced d transmission fluid and d cleaned out d gear filter of all debris. We tested d solenoid and it gave a click sound, which verifies it's ok. Drove it again after these efforts and it still didnt shift past third gear. I observed The transmission fluid was very very dirty. Guess it had never been changed b4 I purchased d car at about 150 miles. Pls what do I do next. I really need help.

Ohm Check Shift Solenoid valveS3 should be 11-15 ohms. Loacated on side of trans a row of four S3 is second from right. If this checks good most likely cause is worn clutch material in valve body a rebuild will need to be done
