Charged battery in car. Main fuse blue several in fuse box. Fixed fuses car starts and idles bit accelarator doesn't work

What do you mean it doesn't work? When you pull back the throttle does the rpm increases

When the accelarator is deprreses regaurdless of how far the engine doesn't respond. Sounds like its trying to but only a minor difference.
