Window problem

at the same time both rear windows stopped going down, but were able to go up. A couple days later the exact same thing happened to both of the front windows. What do you think it could be and how can I test what is wrong with it? I am assuming it is the master switch.

There are a number of things that can cause this but the fact that they went out at the same time makes me think we have a control issue.

So, on this vehicle the master power window switch controls all the windows so we need to start with this.

I am attaching the wiring diagram below on how to do this so let's start with this info and go from there.
