With the key in the run position and the blower fan on the highest setting unplug the blower motor and see if you have power and ground to the blower motor.Let me know what you find.Check the power and ground seperate first see if one wire has battery voltage then check the other wire to ground using the lowest ohms setting on your meter.Let me know what you find.

Sorry for the delay, was traveling. Checked as you requested. With fan switch on high: 6.15 volts at blower plug and good ground. Where do I go from here? Thanks.

Sorry for the delay. Blower started working again for three months and then quit again. It is a manual temp control.

Put the blower fan on high ground the negative lead of the meter and see what the power side of of the blower motor reads voltage wise? Then put the meter on low scale ohms and see what the negative side of the connector reads to ground with the blower fan speed on high?

I cannot believe this. Finally got some free time and was on my way home to follow your advice. Had to make an emergency 50 MPH right turn to avoid disaster and....noticed the blower fan was working again when my heart rate came back under 200. Must be a connection?? Blower connector looks and feels clean and solid. Any advice?
