Hi, so I pulled into the parking lot at my school going pretty slow because I knew it was a bit icy. But what I didn't know was that the parking lot was covered in sheet ice. I slid sideways toward the opposite curb (driver side towards the curb). I hit the curb solely on the rim of the driver side tire. No visable damage was done to the car. I checked all the tie-rods and steering linkages but everything looks fine. I went to drive it and the steering is completely messed up. I have to turn the steering wheel halfway the the left and make major corrections just to keep it going straight. It appears that the tires are now misaligned but only slightly. I have no idea why its doing this other that to think something bent or its out of alignment. Please help!

take measurements on front side and backside of tires across car and make it the same by adjusting tie rods. you have probably bent frame somewhere.

have a repair shop check the alignment and check for damaged tie rod ends/steering gear or even a damaged wheel rim ?
