what sound does the drive shaft make when its bad

The driveshaft usually doesn't go bad unless it is damaged from hitting something very hard. U-joints, attached to the drive shaft, can make a click, or banging sound. Also, when they are bad, they usually cause a vibration, especially under accelleration.
