my boss recently purchased the car with a blown head gasket. he paid someone to fix it and in doing so the ripped the wires from the white 32pin connector on the pcm. and i want to make sure the wires are in the correct place and not just stuck back in whatever pin hole was convenient to avoid smoking the pcm

The manufacturer's service manual has a section that shows connector views with the terminal numbers. Next to them is a chart that shows the wire colors and the circuits they're for. This is in section 8W of the manual.

You should also be able to find this if you go to the top of this page, point to "Repair and Service", then click on "Manuals". That will take you to a site where you can buy a subscription for your model.
