Jeep radiator fan

My jeep grand cherokee was over heating, I realized I had a crack in the radiator and I replaced it. Now the fan will not come on and it is still over heating. The water pump seems to be fine it's just the fan. So I don't know if it's the fan, the fan relay, or a fuse?

Power the cooling fan from the battery if okay- Check and test the thermostat and the coolant temperature sensor-both okay- test the fan relay

Apply battery voltage on the fan motor dark green wire
