xj8 fault code 03 pend 01 what is car will not start.

hi this morning went to start car ,it fired up for 2 seconds died and will not now start, i have a can obd11/eobd11 memo scaner, pluged it in it says, fault code03 pend 01 , i have no clue what this means can you help, i have checked all fuses relivent to engine ie fuel pump etc. thanks.

it has to be a different number ther eis no code 03 or 01 that will cause a no start. have the engine scanned, most auto parts do this for free.
