Hard starting and while running the engine just shut off and the check engine light..the scanner result to a code U0010...pease help if what is the trouble of my car crdi starex..thanks

Medium Speed CAN Communication Bus is what that code is. It sounds like eitger the OBD2 connector isnt communicating with the ecu or the ecu just isn't communicating period, check the main fuse or the fuse for the ecu. Is the vehicle doing anything at all (any interior lights, turning over, or any more codes?

check fuses underhood?

We don't have that car here in the US but that is a communication code that indicate one of the modules in the network is not communicating at at least some points. You will need an electrical specialist to troubleshoot the problem.
