I had power steering leak on the return line down underneath the car.
I cut the rusted piece out . about 6 inches.I replaced it with fuel line rubber.Replaced fluid and fired it up. the rubber got a hole in it.
Auto store guy said it was wrong type of rubber.said it ate rubber away.gave me another type it also got a hole. I am thinking its too much pressure for rubber. Is there another fix i can use without replacing whole line?

Get the power steering return line from the dealership -don't be getting anything other than OEM part-your safety is at risk here-
