2002 Hyundai Accent fuse for the front wipers keeps on blowing

The problem is the fuse for the front wipers keeps on blowing, I have replaced the motor and checked the wiring but all seems okay, can you please advise?

If the motor is new, and you have inspected wiring, check the switch assembly for a short to earth.
