The warning buzzer for lights left on or key left in ignition does not work. What can I do to repair it?

I attached the diagram of the warning system for you to view. There are many possible reasons for the buzzer to activate.

You will need an advanced scan tool to monitor the systems that are covered to see if there is a problem with particular systems. Check the fuses to sure they are good.
