the actuator doesnt seem to be working. how do i check to make sure that the valve sensor is really working? I have takenthe intake manifold off and i am trying to check and make sure that all is working but its not working like i want it to. can you tell me exatually how the valve sensor and actuator really works?

My friend has a 2005 Honda crv, so I did the same test with the connector on the valve position sensor and still did not get 9.5 kOhm. I have to get my crv emission test before the end of January. Please help!!!!
