Compressor does not come on like it use to when I turn the ignition on. It also doesnt seem to automatically raise the rear of the vehicle. The compressor does run & when I turn on the switch in the rear compartment the compressor does run. I am also able to use the tire inflator to add air to my tires.

The first thing you need to do is have the computers scanned for codes with a professional scan tool not a diyer scan tool or free code read at the auto parts store. You may even need that scan tool to diagnose the problem. Let me know what the exact code numbers not code descriptions you have?

Yes because the computer turns that pump on and off and its not now you need to have the codes looked at thats the starting point where I would start.

That's not the answer I was looking for. I was hoping to avoid the cost of going to a mechanic repair shop. Its why I posted the question on this website. I was hoping there would be a knowledgeable mechanic that would be able to tell me what the problem is and how to fix it...

honestly the first thing I would do is hook up my professional scan tool and see what codes were in all the computers as a starting point. Those trouble codes may have service bulletines to lead us to a fix gm has for the problem.Plus I have code search engine that has to fixes and tricks and tips for certain codes. Also a code will have a trouble tree to work thru the problem to find the problem.a computer runs the self leveling suspension I wish it didn't take a professional scan tool to fix newer modern cars.I could have used all that money i spent way too much to buy it on something else.I found something you can try let me know what you find you may still need a scan tool to diagnose it.Even if it was a check engine light i would still need a scan tool to reads the codes data etc.Me and one of my friends i used to work with at a car dealer years ago were talking just yesterday about how these newer cars are getting very difficult for diyers to work on.So keep me posted on what you find from what i posted and we will go from there.
