2002 Ford Taurus Rear exhaust manifold

The end of the rear exhaust manifold gets red hot. I believe that's where it connects to the catalytic converter. Any idea on what's causing this? Also the car was not driven at all i just started it and let it run for 15 to 20 minutes.

Yeah codes were for both o2 sensors being lean

BEFORE YOU JUMP ON REPLACING O2 SENSORS (WHICH STILL COULD BE THE ISSUE)

THESE COULD CAUSE A LEAN CONDITION

VACUUM LEAKS

LOW FUEL PRESSURE

RESTRICTED INJECTORS

EGR

CLEAN THE MAF SENSOR

Well I'll check all that when I can but when it's started the car shakes when idling but those are the only two codes that I pulled from it.
