Hello,
This relay module is located up by the radiator under a plastic cover. Here is a image of what it looks like. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

I could not find it anywhere around the radiator. Can you show a diagram or picture?

They are not giving us one for the Taurus but here is the location for the Mustang and Escort:
