2002 Ford Taurus grinding noise

I had water pump alternator and serpentine belt replaced recently . when I start my car it start making a loud grinding sound (that's what it sound like to me) but as it ide and warm up a bit I dies down just a little.i let a person from a mechanic shop listen to then sound (he didn check it out just listened to it ) said it sound like my ac compressor clutch but my ac wont on. excuse the video it was all I had was seeing if a friend knew what that sound was. its coming from my passenger side where the serpentine belt is it sound like.
