interior light in my truck will not go off?

My interior light in my truck will not go off. What can the problem be? When driving it stays on for a little it and then finally will shut off. After the truck is cut off it stays on.

Have you checked the switch? I believe on this year, it was part of the latch assembly.

Yep, this problem happens when the GEM goes out, here is the location so you can swap it out and fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else. It is easy to replace because it is a plug and play module no programming required.
