the location of the mainfold air intake vacuum hose.

car shakes and vibreats after it heats up.
when i stop at a stop lite it shakes bad when i step on the gas it vibreats and shakes then it kicks into gear and runs good untill i stop again and the problem starts all over again.
i change the iacv plus the throttl body and the ams.
what could be the problem
