I don't think the factory fuel filter has ever been replaced, and I can't get it off the lines.

How do I remove the fuel filter. I think it a factory part.

1. Disconnect the battery. .
2. Relieve the fuel system pressure. For additional information, refer to FUEL PRESSURE RELEASE .
3. Raise the vehicle. .
4. Disconnect the filter push connect fittings. .
5. Unsnap the filter from the bracket and remove.

piec enclosed. you may need a special tool to release the clips inside filter.
