I just had the alternator replaced in a 2002 Ford Focus SE with 135k miles. It is the second one in 14 months. When I got the car back there were two things wrong. The first is the AC does not blow cold, yet it blew cold before going into the shop. The second is that when the headlights are turned on, the right directional LED on the dash is faintly lit, and when you use the right directional, it goes into a fast flash mode compared to when the headlights are off, or compared to the left directional. Further, when I check the lights, the right headlight is very dim, and when the directional is on, the light pulsates, and the directional light is also much dimmer than normal. If the headlights are off, the directional flashes at the normal brightness and flash rate. Any idea what this may be? Could the issues be related?

someone either install the wrong light on the turn signal which is causing it to ground when you activate it, recheck the wiring and the light's make sure they are correct.
