HI MY FALCON XR6 AU3 IS MAKING A DRONING SOUND ONLY WEN MOVING, DRONS OVER TOP OF ENGINE NOISE AS SLOWING DOWN,

These have been known to have some odd transmission faulty, a hate of mine had one doing the same thing, tere was a transmission problem, but i am not sure of the exact reason, best go get it checked to be on the safe side.
