starts and runs fine, we press on fuel petal and get nothing , petal goes to floor without raising rpms, about every 8 to 10 times pressing on petal it will work , then does nothing again for awhile, temperature has dropped to below zero, I put fuel additive in to prevent jelling, fuel pump is mounted on frame of truck. fuel pump is electric
