2002 Ford F-150 Replacement of instrument panel

I need to replace the instrument panel in my F-150. Is there a video on how to do this or do you have detailed instructions on how to do this. Any helpful hints would also be appreciated. The same thing happened to my 2002 Explorer and it cost me $400 to have it replaced. I can get a replacement panel for about $150
