Limped home and checked codes there were 9 codes were shown?

Driving on highway, lost power and started having trouble shifting. limped home and checked codes. 9 codes were shown.

P0743 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Electrical
P0755 Shift Solenoid B
P1747 EPC Solenoid Short Circ
P0443 EVAP System Purge Control Valve A Circuit
P1451 EVAP Emission Ctrl System Vent Ctrl Circ
P0135 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0141 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0155 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0161 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2

I am stranded in another state, so trying to get it repaired to head back home 1000 miles.

It had rained 3 inches the night before. Water got into the headliner from the sunroof being slightly open. I figured water may have run clear through to the PCM and shorted something so I let it dry for a couple days.

I replaced the #23 15A fuse and it started great. I though it was all fixed, Went inside to get my wallet and came out for a test drive. The fuse had blown again and the codes came back.

I am out in the country, so ordered all 4 Motorcraft O2 sensors just in case. They should be here in a day or two.

Looking for advice on what to test and look at and possible order of testing an eliminating possible causes to fix this.

I did replace the #23 15A fuse and it.

I replaced the #23 15 A fuse, and it seemed to start fine again and run fine, but then the fuse blew again, and I was back to the same codes.

Cancel the oxygen sensors, that is not the problem, you are on the money with the PCM. I would get another unit and installed; this will fix the problem. I have seen this issue before. Here is the correct way to replace the engine control module. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

Thank you. Should a stock OEM PCM for that 2002 SC Harley edition work fine. And is it the same unit for all 2002 5.4 F-150s or would the SC be different. Also, not sure what all the performance shop did to it when they installed the Whipple 3.4L SC, Should I still just be able to just straight replace it?

Good question if the part numbers are the same then you are okay. If not the PCM may not work correctly.
