I am getting several codes, P0171,P0174,P0303, and P0316. I am trying to figure out if the cylinder misfire is causing the system too lean errors, or if the system too lean condition is causing the misfire.

check the pcv hose at the back of the throttle body

303 missfire number 3, 316 is missfire under 1000rpm on cylinder 6.

my thought are a bad intake manifold. it leaks coolant into the boots, gaskets leak causing lean codes.
