hello I would like know what is the best ball joint to buy that the most durable for my truck and does it affect my camber alignment and do I have remark it when I put the new one in thanks!!!!!

I would run with factory parts, but leading brand after market will be fine, just keep clear of the cheap ones, you will get what you pay for.
