The window went down and when the switch is pushed the motor runs but it will not lift the window. Ordered a new motor and regulator mechanism

Removal and Installation
Raise the front door window glass to the half-open position.
Remove the front door trim panel. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
Remove the inside glass weatherstrip.
