my 2002 explorer is stuck in 4x4

I have a all wheel drive explorer I can tell that the 4x4 is in because when I make a sharp turn the tires chirp. I think my acuator is stuck.

yes you can try clicking it on and off and backing up at the same time if this don't release it actuator is stuck you can tap on it and maybe release it
