Squealing coming from rear passenger tire what is it?

I have a squeal coming from rear passenger side tire, little movement in tire when jacked up, I have taken tire off and turned the brake rotor by hand and duplicated the dame noise. Noise only heard at slow speeds (less than 10 mph)

Have you inspected the brakes?Maybe the brake sensor on the brake pad is scraping on the rotor?

Check for a stone stuck behind the rotor and scraping on the backing plate, remove the pads and rotate, if nose is gone, i would fit new pads as they may have a hard spot.

Also make sure the steel backing plate isnt rubbing on the rotor.

Steel backing plate not rubbing when the wheel is off the rotor moves around I thought that it needed a retaining washer but was told that the lug nuts should hold rotor in place. How can I see if the pads have a hard spot on them

If the noise is gone with the pads out just replace the pads.
