2002 Ford E-Series Van 2006 Instrument light problems

I have a 2006 Ford E -250 van. Have had it for a month. The back lights for the speedo cruise on my steering wheel and all back lights PERIOD bloes the fuse. I replaced said fuse it held for a second and then I clicked high beams on and off and turned the lights on and off and it blew again. Now it wont even hold!!! I am kinda ashamed to admit this but I am a electrician but I work on houses, not cars! I know to trace it out but there are alot of freak8ng wires back there!!! Also my cruise control light does not work and hasnt since I have had it. Could this be linked to that somehow? The fuse is no.36 and it is 5amp and says Instrument cluster. I am at a loss!! Someone please help!!!

fuse 36 goes righ tto radio but supplies power to other things. that is a lt blue wire. inone drawing it shows your fuse as going to radio but in power distribution it doesn't even show that fuse.i'm sending what it goes to but also check fuse 22 if you have it . I can't give you any more info cause I can't find it. I went to the ford site and this fuse power s a bunch of stuff so have it scanned by a pro it may be one of the modules screwing up.
