Engine management

Hi i have a 2002 Fiat scudo 2.0L Diesel with an engine managment light on, the only errors i have are = Accelerator Pedal, cylinder reference sensor, Fan 1 unit, Flow meter, pre post heating relay. there have been no codes whatso ever, just what i have stated, the van is a bit smokey when you put your foot down. any ideas anybody?

Can you advise on the exact code set and by what you say i am thinking that this is a drive by wire engine? if your personal scanner is not reading this, you may have to get a factory read done as many generic scanners will not read all codes.

Right well i cleared the fault codes, and only 2 have come back up, accelerator pedal & pre post heating relay, but still no codes. i ve been using a Texa Axone 4 which is usually pretty good.
