The fan blower switch has 4 speed settings. The lowest setting quit working about one year ago. Over time the other settings quit working, now only speed that works is the highest setting. Is this something that I can replace with my shade tree mechanic know how? It seems to me that its just the switch itself but thats why I am here....??

Mine is doing the same thing and i replaced my resistor and nothing changed its still doing the same thing. When i kick the bottom, it starts blowing hard but soon it goes back to not blowing at all. It's 109 in Texas right now and it's so hot.
