When putting the car in gear, is the engine supposed to tilt?

When putting this car in gear, the entire engine tilts - it tilts forward/down. When you put it in Reverse, it tilts forward. When you put it in Drive, it tilts back up. And when you put it in Park, it seems to settle back into place. It's not jerky when it does it; it moves pretty smoothly. I wonder if there may be a problem with the engine mount. I imagine some movement is normal, but this seems to move quite a bit - although I haven't actually measured exactly how far it's moving. Any ideas or recommendations?
