High idle, ping or knock when accelerating and codes 0325, 0353, 0113

325-knock sensor circuit malfunction check the wires to the knock sensor if okay replace sensor.
353-ignition coil C primary/secondary circuit malfunction check the wires to #3 coil and replace it.
113-air intake temperature circuit high input check the wires to the IAT sensor if okay replace it.
start with the 325 for the knock.

Can you upload a video of the noise you hear with the engine?

The 113 is for the intake air temperature sensor. Remove the connector and make sure there is voltage at the sensor.

325 is for the knock sensor. You will need a scan tool to see if it is actually working by making it change the timing.

The 353 is for cylinder 3 ignition coil. You need to verify voltage to the coil/ I would check all the coils to be sure they have voltage.
