Best bang for BUCK

What all can I do to my 2002 3.9 4x4 Dakota to get best power and fuel. I have done air in and out, block at T/B, ignition system upgraded. I now get aprox 19 in town/25 hwy.
Also is there a programer out there and do you think one will help.
Your advice please..

You can't have both. Any Mods done for power will decrease fuel mileage. All those add-on, snake oil gimmicks will only make things worse. You have a computer controlling the mixture at all times.
